Why Choose RGC Home Inspections?

Why should you choose RGC Home Inspections? There is a long list of reasons you should choose RGC but the biggest factor that sets our team at RGC Home Inspections apart is the fact that our Lead Inspector Nick Klassen, CMI holds over 30 years of construction experience under his belt, along with 8 years of inspections experience.

Experience: Nick Klassen started RGC Home Inspections back in 2008 to give home buyers a professional and experienced second opinion of a home both structurally and visually. Since then Nick Klassen has become an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector which perfectly accompanies his Master European Carpenter designation, all while performing over 2000 property inspections in the Edmonton area.

That is correct, he is a master carpenter. In fact, Nick has over 30 years of construction experience which makes him one of the most experienced home inspectors on both the building side of homes, and the inspection side of homes. All property inspections performed by us are backed by this experience, and when you choose to work with RGC Home Inspections you get to call upon these 30 years of experience as if they were your own. Asking our home inspectors any questions along the way if anything comes to mind.

Friendly Home Inspectors– All the inspectors at RGC love working with all types of home buyers, and real estate investors. Even if you are having a bad day, often one encounter with one of our team can have you smiling once again, as everybody works their best to help you feel like you are a part of the RGC family, because you are.

Detailed Inspection Reports – Every inspection that RGC performs gets a fully detailed report with pictures so that you have visual proof, and evidence of any deficiencies that we find within a home. When you arrive at the property, we go through our findings with you in person so that you are able to see them with your very own eyes. We do all this so that you can have peace of mind about the home you are about to buy.

Properly Insured – When you are searching for an inspector, it is very crucial to look for a properly insured and bonded company to work with. The special type of insurance that residential and commercial property inspectors need to carry is called E & O insurance. This is to cover errors and omissions. Now, we don’t want this to trouble you. In the 8 years we have been in business we have never had to make a claim under this insurance due to our incredibly high standards, and we intend to keep it that way.
